Submission Guidelines:
Abstract: Provide a concise summary (300-500 words) of your presentation or session, highlighting key takeaways.
Biography: A brief profile (150-200 words) detailing your professional background and expertise.Contact Information: Include your full name, organization, position, email, and phone number.Presentation Format: Solo presentation.

Important Dates:

  • Abstract Submission Deadline: July 30th, 2024
  • Final Program Announcement: August 15th, 2024 
  • Final Presentation Submission Deadline: October 5th, 2024
Speakers shall also consider the following notes:
  • Each presentation is allocated a 20 minutes followed by Q&A session.
  • On the day of presentation, please arrive at your session room at least 30 minutes before the session is scheduled to start.
  • Speakers are kindly required to abide by the allocated time for their presentations in order to avoid any inconvenience which may affect the next presenter. The Chair of the session will manage the time and signal the remaining time.
  • After presentation, you should be prepared to respond to questions posed by the audience and the chair of your session.
  • All speakers are advised to verify that their full names and affiliations are correctly written on their Abstract and presentation in line with their badges as the ‘Certificate of Participation’ will include the same names.
